【施工公告】115年6月15日起全校地坪及空間景觀改善工程｜【Construction Notice】Campus-Wide Pavement Improvement Project Beginning June 15, 2026
本校辦理「全校地坪及空間景觀改善工程」，
本案原定於115年6月15日進場施工，惟受天候及考試期程等因素影響，施工期程調整為115年7月2日進場，預計於115年10月5日完成四維道區域相關施作。
施工圍籬設置期間，部分區域之人行及車行動線將配合調整，敬請師生依現場告示及交通維持人員引導改道通行，並留意自身安全。
一、第一階段
（一）施工期間：115年7月2日至115年10月5日
（二）施工範圍：
四維道人行空間
資訊大樓及電算中心周邊
羅馬廣場旁停車空間
（三）通行及使用管制說明：
商學院：前門於施工期間暫時管制封閉，請改由後門進出。
中正圖書館：請由建物兩側之無障礙坡道或樓梯進出。
行政大樓：二樓前門於施工期間暫時管制封閉；無障礙通行請由一樓車道入口進出，其餘樓梯出入口仍維持行人通行。
資訊大樓：將優先辦理入口處水溝工程；完成後，可由水溝蓋板鋪設範圍進出。施工期間請依現場管制及引導通行。
二、第二階段
（一）施工期間：115年9月14日至115年12月12日
（二）施工範圍：
大仁樓及大勇樓人行空間
新聞館周邊開放空間
羅馬廣場周邊人行空間
（三）通行及使用管制說明：
大仁樓及大勇樓：施工期間車道及停車位暫停使用，請依現場管制及引導通行。正門出入口原則上留設人行通道；假日辦理出入口工程時，將視施工需要暫時封閉。
三、第三階段
（一）施工期間：115年12月13日至116年2月10日
（二）施工範圍：
八德道及麥側小門人行道
道南文學牆鋪面更新
集英樓周邊開放空間
（三）通行及使用管制說明：
八德道：採分區半半施工方式辦理，施工期間將由交通維持人員於現場引導，維持單一車道雙向通行。
集英樓：出入口管制期間，請改由側方無障礙坡道進出。

National Chengchi University will undertake a campus-wide pavement improvement project beginning July 2, 2026. Construction along Si Wei Boulevard is scheduled to be completed by October 5, 2026, while work in other areas will continue in phases through February 10, 2027.
During the construction period, temporary adjustments to pedestrian walkways, vehicle routes, and building access may be necessary. Faculty, staff, students, and visitors are requested to follow on-site signage and the directions of traffic control personnel, use designated alternative routes, and exercise caution when passing through affected areas.
I. Phase One
Construction Areas
Pedestrian areas along Si Wei Boulevard
Areas surrounding the Information Building and Computer Center
Parking area adjacent to Roman Square
Construction Period
July 2–October 5, 2026
Access and Use Restrictions
College of Commerce Building
The front entrance will be temporarily closed during construction. Please use the rear entrance.
Main Library
Please enter and exit via the accessible ramps or stairways located on either side of the building.
Administration Building
The second-floor front entrance will be temporarily closed during construction. For accessible access, please use the first-floor driveway entrance. Other stairway entrances around the building will remain open.
Information Building
Drainage improvement work will first be carried out at the main entrance. Once the drainage channel has been completed and covered, pedestrian access will be restored across the covered area. During construction, please follow all on-site access controls and directions.
II. Phase Two

Open spaces surrounding the Journalism Building

Construction Period
September 14–December 12, 2026
Access and Use Restrictions
Da Ren Building and Da Yong Building
The driveway and adjacent parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable during construction. Please follow all on-site access controls and directions.
Pedestrian access to the main entrances will generally be maintained. However, entrances may be temporarily closed when construction activities are conducted nearby, particularly on weekends.
III. Phase Three
Construction Areas
Ba De Avenue and the sidewalk near the side gate adjacent to McDonald's
Pavement renewal at the Daonan Literary Wall
Open spaces surrounding Ji Ying Building
Construction Period
December 13, 2026–February 10, 2027
Access and Use Restrictions
Ba De Avenue
Construction will be carried out in sections, with one side of the roadway closed at a time. The remaining lane will accommodate two-way traffic under the direction of on-site traffic control personnel.
Ji Ying Building
When access to the main entrance is restricted, please use the accessible ramp located on the side of the building.
