Classroom Reservation (Evening & Break Days)

Eligibility

Static activities organized by the academic or administrative units of NCCU.

Reservation Time

School day evenings, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and break days.

Reservation Procedures

Should your reservation fall within overtime hours, it is necessary to contact the building maintenance staff upon completing your registration to confirm their availability.

Overtime Fees for Building Maintenance staff

For reservations during the evenings, weekends or holidays, additional fees will be charged to compensate building maintenance staff for working beyond their normal hours to open and close classrooms.
To promote energy conservation and reduce carbon emissions, classrooms in the General Building of Colleges will be prioritized for reservations.
The entire weekend is considered overtime, except for the General Building of Colleges, which does not require overtime fees from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please return the venue to its original condition and finish using it before 10:00 PM.
