Graduation Attire Rental Notice — Spring Semester 2026

Eligibility

How to Rent

• Online Rental: Join the supplier's official LINE account, submit your requirements/order form, and complete the wire transfer. Your graduation attire will be delivered via post.

Group Discount: Free shipping for group orders of 10 or more sets.

Individual Orders: A NT$100 shipping fee applies to orders under 10 sets.

• On-Campus Pickup & Rental: Visit the on-campus depot during designated service periods to pay, pick up, and return your graduation attire in person.

• Location: Graduation Attire Depot (B1, Ji-Ying Building / 集英樓地下室學位服倉庫)

• Phase 1: March 23 – March 27, 2026
• Phase 2: May 25 – May 29, 2026
• Commencement Day: May 30, 2026 (09:00 – 15:00)

• Phase 1: June 1 – June 5, 2026
• Phase 2: July 27 – July 31, 2026

Rental Fees & Security Deposits

Security deposits are fully refundable upon the safe return of the complete graduation attire set.

Damage & Loss Compensation

• Minor Maintenance: Free of charge for loose threads or missing buttons.
• Severe Damage / Loss: In the event of lost items, missing components, or severe structural damage, replacement fees will be charged as follows:

Sizing Guide

Bachelor's graduation attire sizes:

S for under 160 cm, M for 160–170 cm, L for 170–175 cm, and XL for over 175 cm.

Master's and Doctoral graduation attire sizes:

S for under 165 cm, M for 165–175 cm, L for 175–180 cm, and XL for over 180 cm.
