1、冷氣壓縮機燒壞，已無零件可更換
綜合270113、270114兩間教室空調設備共用一台氣冷式冰水主機，內有2套壓縮機系統，經教務處報請總務處廠商檢修後，發現有一顆壓縮機系統故障燒掉，冷媒迴路也有洩漏，目前主機雖可啟動但冷房效果不足，且該設備已使用15年餘（2009年製造），目前已無零件可更換，維修廠商建議換新。
2、正在辦理冷氣汰換緊急採購作業，工期約須3個月
(1)為使教室儘速恢復使用，教務處已啟動氣冷式冰水主機緊急請購作業。
(2)廠商評估汰換費用及工期，其中冰水主機為訂製品，需向供應商下訂後方開始製作，設備交期約2個月，另需先拆除舊機並吊走後再安裝新設備，施工約需1個月，共計需約3個月。
(3)因現正逢夏季炎熱期間，冷氣師傅缺工嚴重，零件供不應求，且本校許多設備年限老舊，零件叫料需較長時間，有部分設備因過於老舊且故障嚴重而無法維修，需汰換更新。
3、已將課程安排至其他教室上課
開學兩週以來天氣炎熱，又兩間教室皆為容量120人以上之熱門排課教室，師生已多次反映太過悶熱無法上課，考量空調設備暫時無法修復，教務處已盡速與開課單位及授課教師溝通，將課程安排至其他教室上課，目前已大致疏散完成，預計第三週課程將全數移至其他教室上課。

Notice: Response to Issues with Air Conditioning Equipment in Rooms 270113 and 270114 of the General Building of Colleges
1.Air Conditioning Compressor Malfunction and Replacement
The shared air-cooled chiller system for rooms 270113 and 270114 has a burned-out compressor and refrigerant leaks. The equipment, in use for over 15 years (since 2009), cannot be repaired due to unavailable parts. The contractor has recommended replacing the system.
2.Replacement Process Underway (Estimated 3-month Completion)
(1)To restore classroom functionality, emergency procurement of a new air-cooled chiller is in progress.
(2)The replacement process includes ordering the custom-built chiller (2-month lead time), removing the old unit, and installing the new one (1 month for installation), totaling around 3 months.
(3)Due to high demand and a shortage of technicians and parts during the summer, the timeline may be extended.
3.Classes Relocated to Other Rooms
With temperatures high and the classrooms unable to accommodate over 120 students comfortably, classes have been moved to alternative rooms. Relocation is nearly complete, and all courses are expected to be held in new rooms by the third week of the semester.
