2026-06-11 【公告】6月16日至6月30日校園通訊線路作業及局部通行影響說明|Campus Communication Line Work and Partial Access Impact Notice from June 16 to June 30

敬愛的各位教職員及同學您好: 一、 中華電信因配合校園周邊捷運建設,須辦理機房設施遷移及校內電話線路調整作業。施工期間將於作業區域周邊設置安全圍設及警示設施,並視現場情形採分區施工方式辦理,以維護行人及車輛通行安全。 二、 本次工程預計自6月16日至6月30日辦理,每日上午10時至下午4時進行通管及佈線作業,並避開車流尖峰時段。 三、 人孔開啟及通管作業期間,可能短暫影響局部通行動線;本案不涉及道路開挖工程,施工影響範圍有限,將依現場交通狀況適時調整施工方式。 如有相關疑問,請洽總務處營繕組分機 62115。 Dear Faculty and Staff, I. Due to the construction of the MRT line near the campus, Chunghwa Telecom plans to relocate its telecommunications facilities and NCCU campus telephone lines. II. From June 16 to June 30, 2026, daily between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., one-way traffic control will be implemented on Si Wei Boulevard, Mountain Circle 3, and the road adjacent to the west side of the Computer Center and Lohas Plaza. Due to the immediate safety risks involved, emergency repair and maintenance work is required. The power outage is expected to last approximately 8 hours. 2.Generators for emergency lighting or outlets will only operate in specific locations: the 69KV substation, Computer Center, Graduate Institute of Neuroscience Lab, Administration Building, Zih Ciang Dorms No. 1, 2, 3, and 10, and Jhuang Jing Dorm No. 9. Please note that these generators may stop depending on their condition and fuel availability. 3.For the Computer Center, Graduate Institute of Neuroscience Lab, MRI Lab, Security Section, and Student Dormitories, please prepare in advance and assign staff to be on-site if needed. Avoid scheduling exams, classes, meetings, or related activities during the power outage. If unavoidable, arrange an alternative plan as soon as possible. 4.Please assign staff to manage access control and safety inspections in advance. Units with electromagnetic locks should check access control before and after the power outage. 5.Water pumps may not automatically restart to refill water supply reservoirs after power restoration, which may result in a lack of water for toilets or water dispensers. Chunghwa Telecom will conduct line inspections, adjustments, and cabling work on campus to improve communication quality. Manhole inspections will begin at 10:00 AM on June 1. Safety barriers and warning signs will be installed around the work areas, and construction zones will be arranged as needed to ensure pedestrian and vehicle safety. II. The project is scheduled from June 1 to June 5. Line inspection and adjustment work will be carried out daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while cabling work will take place after 10:00 PM to minimize disruption during peak traffic hours. III. Temporary traffic impacts may occur during manhole opening and cable installation operations. No road excavation will be involved, and the affected area will be limited. 國立政治大學 【施工期間活動影響指引建議】 施工概要 本校為辦理全校地坪及空間景觀改善工程,預計自115年6月15日起利用暑假期間進場施工,並預定於115年9月30日前完成四維道區域改善作業。 管制內容 圍籬圍設期間,請師生配合改道。 【第一階段施工範圍】 四維道 商學院: 前門暫時管制封閉,請由後門進出。 中正圖書館: 請由兩側無障礙斜坡道與樓梯進出。 行政大樓: 二樓前門暫時管制封閉,無障礙動線請由一樓車道入口進出,大樓其他面樓梯出入口維持行人通行。 資訊大樓: 門口水溝優先施作,完成後可由水溝溝蓋範圍進出,請依現場管制通行。     【第二階段施工範圍】 大仁樓、大勇樓: 車道與停車位暫停使用,請依現場管制通行。正門出入口留設人行通道,於假日施工暫時封閉施工。       【第三階段施工範圍】 八德道: 採半半施工,搭配現場交通維持人員管制單車道雙向通行。 集英樓: 管制期間由側方無障礙坡道進出。 預定管制期間: 115年6月15日開始 管制時段: AM7:00-PM5:00 承辦單位:總務處營繕組 承辦人/分機:楊小姐/62132 單位主管:林組長 統包廠商名稱:永溢營造有限公司/和建工程顧問股份有限公司 專管/監造單位:合圃股份有限公司 施工作業影響說明 施工範圍將因應現場需求,使用乙種圍籬或護欄區隔, 並以適當斜坡道銜接不同高程之人行通路。 開始階段會進行拆除、破碎工作,產生施工噪音、粉塵。 於鋪面施作階段則有施工車輛及人員密集進出,行經週邊時請依現場管制通行。 活動影響自行評估 ※ 說明: 除全校性活動、聯招型考試以外,不建議工程停止施工。理由如下: 一、營造工程施工規劃必須以營建管理專業進行縝密的工程管理規劃,執行各階段成本與預算控管,並確保施工品質,監督現場安全,才能獲得良好施工品質,並於契約期限內完工。 二、各項工作項目具有先後性、連續性,若單一工項停止施工,影響層面包括氣候的不確定性、營建市場普遍缺工、機具調度成本、其他潛在風險。故完工期程延後,有可能遠大於停工天數。 氣候因素:政大氣候潮濕多雨,暑假期間適逢汛期,如遭逢颱風豪雨無法施工,工期將配合順延。 營建市場缺工及機具調度:營造業各專業分包商執行的案場,通常不只一處,分包商考量其成本與其他案場進度,及勞基法避免連續工作之規定,即使停工一日、隔日復工,不一定可馬上調回本工程施工。 其他潛在風險:頻繁停工影響廠商現場調度,工期延後,增加相關成本,可能引發廠商與校方履約爭議、訴訟。 ※ 請使用單位自行評估施工期間對教學、考試、研討會與戶外活動等影響程度,及自行辦理後續配合調整空間措施。

2026-03-26 【施工公告】115年3月27日至4月12日辦理綜合院館8樓遮陽板拆除工程期間道路封閉

一、本工程訂於115年3月27日至4月12日辦理樹木修枝及大型吊車吊掛作業,施工期間綜合院館後方靠河堤道路將予封閉。 二、周邊道路禁止停車範圍如附圖所示,請停放於該路段之車主於115年3月26日17時前將車輛駛離,以維施工安全。 三、大型吊車預定於115年3月27日由後門進入校區,施工期間將派員實施交通管制;如遇雨天,作業將順延辦理,不便之處,敬請見諒。 Road Closure for the Canopy Removal Project at the General Building of Colleges (March 27–April 12)   Dear Faculty, Staff and Students,   Tree pruning and large crane lifting operations will take place from March 27 to April 12, 2026. During this period, the road behind the General Building of Colleges along the riverside embankment will be closed. Parking will be prohibited on surrounding roads as indicated in the attached map. We kindly ask vehicle owners to remove their vehicles from the area before 5:00 PM on March 26 to help ensure safety. A large crane is scheduled to enter the campus through the rear gate on March 27, and traffic control personnel will be on site. In the event of rain, the operation will be postponed. 本校「研究大樓建物外牆修繕防水工程」由昌鴻營造有限公司施工,預計於115年3月底前完成外牆磁磚敲除作業, 惟實際完成時間仍須視天候因素、校園活動或其他不可抗力因素影響,必要時將再行調整。 為進行最後階段磁磚打除及施工運棄作業,預計進行道路封閉管制,以確保現場安全: 管制時間:115年3月28日(六)上午7時至29日(日)下午5時,配合現場施工情形調整。 管制區域:八德道(學思樓至研究大樓區段)、研究大樓車道 道路管制期間,請師生及校內同仁提前改道,車輛暫停進出研究大樓,如有需求請提早駛出,並配合現場施工人員及相關管制措施,以維護通行安全。 施工期間因外牆磁磚敲除作業,可能產生較大震動、噪音及粉塵,敬請各單位與師生緊閉門窗,以降低噪音影響並避免粉塵進入室內空間。 施工期間造成不便,敬請見諒,並感謝全校師生之體諒與配合。 聯絡人:總務處楊小姐,分機62132   Title: Road Closure Notice – “Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project” The University’s “Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project” is being carried out by Chang Hong Construction Co., Ltd. The removal of the exterior wall tiles is expected to be completed before March 31, 2026. 公告114學年度第2學期學分費暨語言設備使用費 (含學士班延畢生補繳學雜分費)繳費注意事項: 1.繳費單列印及繳費時間: 本學期學分費暨語言設備使用費(含學士班延畢生補繳之學雜分費)自115年3月30日起開始收費,並開放列印繳費單,本學期學分費暨語言設備使用費(含延畢生補繳之學雜分費)繳費截止日為115年5月4日,請依繳費單說明辦理,逾期銀行將不再受理。 2.繳費單列印方式: 請至本校首頁點選「在校學生」,進入【學雜(分)費繳費專區】下載繳費單: https://moltke.nccu.edu.tw/stuschfee_SSO/index.jsp 或至第一銀行「第e學雜費入口網」選擇學校並輸入學號列印: https://eschool.firstbank.com.tw/member/index.aspx ※身分驗證碼格式:出生西元年末兩碼 + 月份兩碼 + 日期兩碼。 3.繳費方式與銷帳時間: 第一銀行臨櫃或ATM(含網銀)、台灣Pay繳費:次一工作日完成銷帳。    線上使用信用卡、銀聯卡繳費:約4個工作天後完成銷帳。 超商繳費:約6~7個工作天後完成銷帳。 繳費證明下載方式同繳費單,於銷帳完成後即可下載列印,銷帳完成後將無法列印繳費單。 4.第一銀行現金收費櫃台服務時間: 行政大樓五樓出納組設有第一銀行現金收費服務櫃台, 服務時間:每週一至週五 10:30–13:00, 繳費截止日(115年5月4日,星期一)服務時間延長至10:00–15:30,請同學多加利用。 5.逾期繳費規定: 逾期繳交學分費暨語言設備使用費(含學士班延畢生補繳之學雜分費)者,教務處註冊組將依本校學則第19條規定辦理,該科成績以零分登錄,學生於本學期休學截止日前申請補繳者,將加收滯納金,請同學務必注意繳費截止時間。    國立政治大學《學則》第十九條 碩、博士班學生修讀碩、博士班或學士班科目者、學士班學生修習須繳費科目者,應依各開課單位於本校各級學雜費收費基準表中所列標準繳交學分費。 延畢之學士班學生補修或重修之課程應依各開課單位於本校各級學雜費收費基準表中所列標準繳交學雜費。 學士班學生重複修習已及格科目第三次以上者,須加收學分費。 全校學生應依規定繳交電腦及網路通訊使用費。使用外文中心之語言視聽設備之學生,應依規定繳交語言設備使用費。 各項費用逾期未繳納者,該科成績以零分計算。學生於當學期休學截止日前經專案申請核准補繳者,除應繳納原規定各項費用外並加收滯納金。滯納金依逾期天數計算,每逾二日按原應繳費用總額百分之一收取,以收取應繳費用總額百分之十五為上限且不逾新臺幣二千元。  6.如有繳費相關疑問可致電出納組:校內分機62127。     National Chengchi University – 2026 Spring Semester Credit Fee & Language Learning Equipment Fee Payment Notice (Including supplemental tuition and fee payments for undergraduate students with extended study periods) I. Payment Methods & Processing Time First Bank Counter / ATM (including online banking) / Taiwan Pay: Processed by the next business day. Taiwan-issued Credit Cards / China-issued UnionPay Cards: Processed in approximately 4 business days. Convenience Stores: Processed in approximately 6–7 business days. Receipts can be downloaded from the same portals used for tuition statement access, once your payment has been processed. IV. First Bank On-Campus Cash Payment Counter Service Hours A First Bank cash payment counter is available on the 5th floor of the Administration Building (Cashier Section). Regular service hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Extended hours on MAY 4, 2026 (Monday): 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM. V. Late Payment Policy: Late payments will be handled in accordance with Article 19 of the National Chengchi University Regulations (see below). Article 19 of National Chengchi University Regulations : Master and Ph.D. students taking master/doctoral/undergraduate courses and undergraduate students taking courses that require course fees are all required to pay credit fees according to the tuition and fee schedules provided by the units offering courses for the corresponding degrees. Undergraduate students who have their graduation deferred in order to supplement or make up a course shall pay credit fees at the standard rate charged for undergraduate courses by the unit offering the course. Undergraduate students shall pay credit fees if they take retake already-passed courses for the third time or more. All students of the University are required to pay fees for using computer and network communication facilities. Students who use the language and audiovisual facilities in the Foreign Language Center shall pay the language learning equipment fee. Students will be given a grade of zero during course assessment if they fail to pay the fees above within the given deadline. Students who have been approved to make retroactive payments before the suspension of study deadline of the current semester should be charged late fees in addition to the original fees. Late fees are calculated according to the number of days past due. It is calculated as 1% of the original fee for every two days past due, up to a maximum of 15% of the original fee and less than NT$2,000. VI. 2026-03-19 【施工】「綜合院館8樓露台遮陽板拆除工程」公告

一、旨揭工程由「潔光國際股份有限公司」承攬,預定於115年3月20日開工,工期60天,預計5月18日前竣工。 二、本案進行綜合院館8樓露台遮陽板之拆除作業,將搭設防墜平台,使用吊車至屋頂平台,依區域分段分塊切割拆除遮陽板。 三、施工期程為115年3月20日至5月18日,施工期間防止墜落,綜院封閉二樓出入口,改由綜合院館一樓進出,造成不便,敬請見諒。本公告如有未盡事宜,請電洽連絡人:吳小姐(分機63091)     The Terrace Canopy Removal Project for the General Building of Colleges will be undertaken by Jie Guang International Co., Ltd. from March 20 to May 18, 2026, with completion expected on or before May 18, 2026.   The project includes the dismantling of the canopy on the 8th-floor terrace. A fall-prevention platform will be erected, and a crane will be used on the rooftop to cut and remove the canopy in sections.   For safety reasons, the 2nd-floor entrance to the General Building of Colleges will be closed during the construction period. 【施工】「研究大樓建物外牆修繕防水工程」道路封閉公告 本校「研究大樓建物外牆修繕防水工程」由昌鴻營造有限公司施工,預計於115年3月27日前完成外牆磁磚敲除作業,惟實際完成時間仍須視天候因素、校園活動或其他不可抗力因素影響,必要時將再行調整。 為進行最後階段磁磚打除及施工運棄作業,預計進行道路封閉管制,以確保現場安全: 管制時間:115年3月21日(六)上午7時至22日(日)下午5時,配合現場施工情形調整。 管制區域:八德道(學思樓至研究大樓區段)、研究大樓車道 道路管制期間,請師生及校內同仁提前改道,車輛暫停進出行政大樓,如有需求請提早駛出,並配合現場施工人員及相關管制措施,以維護通行安全。 施工期間因外牆磁磚敲除作業,可能產生較大震動、噪音及粉塵,敬請各單位與師生緊閉門窗,以降低噪音影響並避免粉塵進入室內空間。 施工期間造成不便,敬請見諒,並感謝全校師生之體諒與配合。 聯絡人:總務處楊小姐,分機62132   Title: Road Closure Notice – “Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project”   The University’s “Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project” is being carried out by Chang Hong Construction Co., Ltd. The removal of the exterior wall tiles is expected to be completed before March 27, 2026. (The actual completion date may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, campus activities, or other unforeseen circumstances.)   To carry out the final stage of tile removal and debris transportation, road closure and traffic control measures will be implemented to ensure on-site safety:   Period: 7:00 AM, March 21, 2026 (Saturday) to 5:00 PM, March 22, 2026 (Sunday), subject to adjustment based on on-site conditions. Area: Ba De Avenue (section between Syue Sih Building and the Research Building), and the Research Building driveway. During the traffic control period, faculty, staff, and students are advised to take alternative routes in advance. Vehicle access to and from the Research Building will be temporarily suspended; if necessary, please move vehicles out in advance. Kindly follow the instructions of on-site personnel and comply with all control measures to ensure traffic safety. During construction, the removal of exterior wall tiles may generate significant vibration, noise, and dust. 2026-05-19 藍鵲繁殖季警示公告

小心「藍鵲巴頭」出沒中! 春天到了,也是鳥類繁殖的季節。 從3月開始,臺灣藍鵲進入育雛期,護巢模式全面開啟! 如果不小心靠近鳥巢,可能會被藍鵲飛撲警告,甚至「巴頭」一下 遇到藍鵲別緊張,記得: 1.戴帽子、撐傘保護自己 2.快速通過,不停留圍觀 3.不抬頭直盯鳥巢看 4.不刻意找鳥巢或近距離拍攝 5.不餵食野生鳥類 如果看到落巢幼鳥,也先別急著帶回家! 可以先觀察附近是否有親鳥照顧, 必要時再撥打1959 動物救援專線。 另外提醒大家,臺灣藍鵲是臺灣特有的保育類野生動物, 任意移除鳥巢、幼雛,甚至攻擊鳥隻,都可能違反《野生動物保育法》 一起保持距離、友善共處,守護臺灣珍貴的藍色身影
