事項：
一、 台電調度中心通知，因深坑變電所供電設施巡檢發現過熱情形，具立即性安全風險，需進行緊急處置及維修作業，預計停電約8小時。
二、 全校發電機(僅提供緊急照明或緊急插座等)除69KV變電站、電算中心、神科所實驗室、行政大樓、自強123舍、自強十舍、莊敬九舍正常啟動外，其餘館舍皆不啟動。惟各發電機將視機體狀況、油量，必要時進行暫時停機以免發電機損壞。
三、 電算中心、神科所實驗室、MRI實驗室、駐警隊、學生宿舍等單位，請預先做好因應及配套措施，如有必要請事先安排人員於停電當天留守；各單位應避免於停電時段舉辦考試、課程、會議及進行相關活動安排；如無法避免，請儘速協調替代方案。
四、 各大樓請指派管理人員，事先安排做好門禁管制及設施安全檢查、使用電磁鎖單位於停電前及復電後務必派員檢查門禁。
五、 停電可能造成建物的揚水馬達於復電時，無法自動復歸啟動打水供應水池，導致盥洗缺水或飲水機缺水，請各業管人員務必於復電後，巡檢建物水池與供水狀況，如遇有故障情形請即時報修相關設備。
六、 停電前、後30分鐘內，請勿搭乘電梯以免受困；停電期間若無斷電亦不得搭乘電梯，以免斷電後受困。另請自行做好電腦檔案存檔和食物保存等。
七、 學校委外經營場館業者，請自行做好食物保存。
八、 本公告如有未盡事宜，請各單位依業務權責自行調整宣達事項。

Subject: Scheduled Power Outage Due to Taipower Emergency Repair Work from 11:00 PM on June 27 to 7:00 AM on June 28, 2026
Instructions:
1.The Taipower Dispatch Center has identified overheating in the power supply facilities at the Shenkeng Substation during a routine inspection. Due to the immediate safety risks involved, emergency repair and maintenance work is required. The power outage is expected to last approximately 8 hours.
2.Generators for emergency lighting or outlets will only operate in specific locations: the 69KV substation, Computer Center, Graduate Institute of Neuroscience Lab, Administration Building, Zih Ciang Dorms No. 1, 2, 3, and 10, and Jhuang Jing Dorm No. 9. Please note that these generators may stop depending on their condition and fuel availability.
3.For the Computer Center, Graduate Institute of Neuroscience Lab, MRI Lab, Security Section, and Student Dormitories, please prepare in advance and assign staff to be on-site if needed. Avoid scheduling exams, classes, meetings, or related activities during the power outage. If unavoidable, arrange an alternative plan as soon as possible.
4.Please assign staff to manage access control and safety inspections in advance. Units with electromagnetic locks should check access control before and after the power outage.
5.Water pumps may not automatically restart to refill water supply reservoirs after power restoration, which may result in a lack of water for toilets or water dispensers. Please inspect building reservoirs and water supply conditions after power restoration and report any malfunctions.
6.Avoid using elevators during the scheduled power outage time, including 30 minutes before and after to prevent being stranded, even if the power remains on. Additionally, please save computer files and preserve food properly.
7.For campus shops, please ensure proper food preservation.
8.If there are any issues not covered in this announcement, please disseminate the adjusted announcement according to your department's authority and responsibility.
